The ground floor includes two bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and one with twin beds—sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The cozy living room with dining area flows into a fully equipped American-style kitchen with bar, complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and more. A smart Android TV (also usable as Apple TV, no Spanish channels) provides entertainment.
From the dining area, doors open to the naya (covered terrace) with a large dining table and lounge corner, overlooking the private garden and pool. The 8x4 m swimming pool is south-facing and surrounded by sun terraces with loungers. Here, you can enjoy open views of the Montgó mountain and countryside — the perfect setting for tapas and a glass of wine.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms include air conditioning, mosquito nets, shutters, and wardrobe space.
The fenced garden guarantees full privacy with no overlooking neighbours. Additional comforts include WiFi, private gated parking, and plenty of outdoor space to relax in the sun or shade.
