This modern, tastefully decorated apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay by the sea. Suitable for up to 4 guests, it is located on the first floor of a small complex with elevator, private parking, and a storage room—perfect for leaving your beach gear safely behind.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a chaise longue sofa, dining area, and a semi-open kitchen with all appliances. From here, large sliding doors open to a south-facing terrace with a lounge set and dining table, overlooking the communal pool and gardens.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: a master with double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom, plus a second bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located across the hall. Both bathrooms include rain showers, sinks, and toilets. All rooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes, electric shutters, and integrated hot/cold air conditioning.

For your entertainment, the living room has a smart TV (Netflix, Prime, etc. with your own account). A separate laundry room with washing machine adds extra convenience. At the back, another large terrace with dining area, sun loungers, and parasol is the perfect spot to enjoy the late afternoon sun.

The complex offers a beautiful communal area with a large swimming pool, separate children’s pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds, and shaded areas. There’s also a secure playground for little ones, making it ideal for families.

The minimum stay in the high season (July and August) is 1 week.
The minimum stay with Easter and Christmas week is 5 nights.
