Living Spaces

The elegant living room, filled with character and warmth, flows out onto a generous terrace furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a large family dining table. Next to it, a charming thatched pergola with hydromassage jacuzzi invites you to relax while gazing at the endless blue horizon.

Inside, the living area is fitted with cozy sofas and armchairs, perfect for enjoying a film night with the home cinema system. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home cooking during your stay.

Villa Ocean Breeze offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 of them with ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and private terraces with seating to enjoy the panoramic views.

Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the fifth is conveniently placed on the ground level, adjacent to the living room.

The landscaped garden embraces a spectacular private infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean and towards the bay of Cala Granadella. Several terraces and a sunny solarium offer plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

For wellness and fitness, the villa includes a private gym with various machines as well as a dry/steam sauna.

Services & Comfort

To ensure your stay is carefree, the villa is offered with daily cleaning service (4 hours), maintaining the property in pristine condition. High-speed WiFi is included in the rental. Entry is through an electric gate, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay.

Rental Conditions

• Minimum stay: 3 months

• Availability: until May 2026

• Monthly rent: €9,000 (water and electricity not included)

• For stays of 7–9 months, a reduced monthly rate applies

  • Cleaning service is provided 2 days per week a total of 8 hours per week (approx. 28 hours per month).

  • Included: Internet, garden and pool maintenance.

  • Deposit 1 or 2 months, depending on the duration of the rental period
