Villa Borgoña is a beautiful holiday villa with all convenience, with a private pool, and situated in a cul-de-sac and therefore no busy traffic passes the villa.
The villa is divided over 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a double bedroom, and a separate bathroom with a bath/shower combination.
From the living room are sliding doors to a covered terrace with a table and chairs. The adjacent terrace has a large pergola which you can operate as you wish. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped, and also has access to the terraces and pool area.
On the first floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with a private balcony with seating and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds that share 1 bathroom.
For outdoor enjoyment, this is a perfect villa! There is a spacious garden all around with lots of grass and a large 5x10 private pool. The garden offers more than enough space to sunbathe, play a ball game or to relax and read a book.
Next to the swimming pool is a cosy bar where you can enjoy a cool drink and a tapa or have a nice evening and enjoy the beautiful view of the Montgó mountain.
From the living room, there is a staircase to the basement area where young and old can enjoy a game of table football, table tennis or darts. An ideal cool place for some indoor entertainment.
The whole villa is air-conditioned and all windows have shutters.
There are several terraces around the villa with seats so that every moment of the day you can find a place in the sun or in the shade. In total there are 6 sunbeds and an outdoor shower.
On the private property behind an electric gate is parking for at least 3 cars.
This is a fantastic family villa, spacious rooms, a very good outdoor area and close to all amenities! Within 2 minutes drive to the beach and shops.
The minimum stay in the high season (July and August) is 1 week.
Additional information:
Final cleaning and linen pack € 250 per stay. The linen packs consists of the bed linen for all the beds, bathroom towels and floor mats, beach towels & kitchen towels.
Electricity & WIFI included in the price except for Juli and August € 25 per week extra.
Pets may be allowed in consideration with the owner prior to your reservation at an extra cost of € 50,-
