Villa Olimpia, located at only 350m from the sea in the gorgeous area of Jávea, Portichol, is a luxury design villa that offers comfort, privacy, and stunning views. With breathtaking views and a prime location, Villa Olimpia is the perfect destination for you and your family.

Accommodating up to 8 people, this all-around villa has three floors, each with its own unique features. On the top floor, you will find a grand hall that offers magnificent views of the living area of Villa Olimpia. Three luxury double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes are also located on this floor, with breathtaking sea views and access to the terrace. The third bedroom also has a relaxing bathtub with a view. An office area with a printer and a separate utility room equipped with a washer, dryer, and a lift that functions across all three floors are also present.

A stunning marble staircase leads you to the living and dining area of the villa, where luxury and views are omnipresent. The open-plan space offers comfortable seating with a high-quality audio and visual equipment for optimal viewing pleasure. The dining area connects to the living room as well as the kitchen and features a large family table. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The fourth bedroom on the second floor is the master bedroom and the only bedroom on this floor. A beautiful, spacious room with a spectacular en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and bathtub. The spacious living/dining room enjoys beautiful large windows with sliding doors to the terrace and a private pool (12x3) with beautiful sea views.

The large terrace has eight sun beds with side tables, two comfy chez longue beds, a lovely lounge area, and a large table with 10 chairs. The barbecue (gas) is also located here. In the evening, all terraces and the swimming pool are illuminated, giving an impressive character to the villa and for lovely summer evenings outside. On the ground floor, there is a very spacious gym with the best equipment to stay in shape during your vacation. A separate bathroom with a shower and toilet is located next to the gym for after exercise.

For your convenience, there is a total of 4 open parking spaces, two of which are at the top of the villa at street level and two on the driveway, all within the plot and behind the double gate.

When booking, please note that the rental price includes the use of electricity and WIFI and linen packs (8 pax). An extra charge of € 500 per booking for final cleaning.

The villa is entered by a double gate to ensure privacy and safety.
