The apartment is on the ground floor with a lift and spread over one level. You enter a hall from where the living room is on the left. The living room is very cosily decorated with the Mediterranean style as the main tone. There is a nice dining table with 6 chairs and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and lounge chair. The television is a smart tv and can be used with internet access, such as Netflix etc.
Through double doors, there is a covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs, a coffee corner with 2 lovely lounge seats and on the lower terrace a modern seating area with parasol and views of the communal garden. From here is a passage to the communal pool.
There are three nicely decorated bedrooms of which the master bedroom has a bed of 180x200 and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90x200 and the third bedroom has two single beds of the same size such as a drawer bed. A second bathroom with a bath/shower combination and toilet is right in front of the corridor.
There is a newly fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, orange juice press, toaster, etc.
Next to the kitchen, there is access to one of the terraces with a large family dining table and six chairs. Good to know, from this terrace there is direct access to the street.
