This lovely typical Spanish style villa is a few minutes drive to the beach of Javea and situated in a quiet and spacious residential area.The villa is distributed over 2 floors, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a lovely 100% private outdoor area to enjoy.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed of 140cm width. These bedrooms share a bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
Furthermore, there is a cosy living room with dining area and an American style kitchen with bar. There is a smart television (android) that can also be used as an Apple TV (No Spanish channels). The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts you need, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, juice press, professional coffee machine, etc.
From the dining area there is direct access to the covered terrace and garden with private pool. On the naya (covered terrace) is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a lounge seating area.
The private swimming pool is 8x4 and next to it is a separate terrace with 4 sun beds. From the outside area, which is fully south-facing, there are beautiful open views of the inland and the Montgó mountain. An excellent place to celebrate your holidays while enjoying a Spanish tapa and a drink.
The first floor is reached by a staircase where is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and shutters and have closet space.
The garden is completely fenced with a hedge and has no neighbors overlooking it.
