This authentic charming Spanish townhouse has been completely reformed and refurbished in 2016, keeping the original elements of the unique Spanish ‘casa de pueblo’ (townhouse) while adding the comfort of modern-day luxuries such as three private terraces, a freshwater (heated) swimming pool, bbq with dining area and parking!
The townhouse is located in the heart of Jávea’s historic old Town in a maze of narrow streets. It is easily accessible by car or foot and literally a footstep away from many restaurants, shops, and the main square (Placa de Baix), where activities take place all year round.
This lovely holiday home consists of 3 levels with, in total 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a semi-open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and 2 toilets. It can be accessed at the rear of the property via the garage, or by foot via its front door at ‘Portal del Clot’.
The ground floor has a semi-open-plan living area, decorated in typical Spanish style. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a corner to read a book. The beautiful ‘Tosca stone arch leads to the living room with 2 sofas and a log burner. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchen and dining area with a large family table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Behind the kitchen is a hallway with access to a bedroom with a double bed (150) with a separate toilet and rain shower. All these areas are air-conditioned.
The first floor has a large master bedroom with a double bed (160) This bedroom is on the pedestrian side of the property and has a beautiful high ceiling with wooden beams and is air-conditioned. There is a sofa bed for an additional person/kids. Separate from the master bedroom is a luxury bathroom with double basins and a romantic French-style bathtub with rain shower, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom has a double bed (150) and air conditioning. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90) and also provides the benefit of being air-conditioned. There is another separate toilet on the landing.
The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house and is accessed from the ground floor terrace. There is a double bed with a private toilet and washbasin and air conditioning.

The minimum stay in high season (July and August) is 1 week.
Final cleaning and linen pack € 295,- Per stay. The linen pack includes all the bed linen, bathroom, and beach towels, kitchen, etc.
Heated pool € 125 per week.
Electricity: 200 KwH per week included. Excessive use will be charged by meter reading at 0.25 € per KwH.
Pets allowed (max one) into consideration with the owner at a rate of € 50 per stay.
