Situated on the third floor of the Brisas del Arenal complex, 'The Arenal Summer Breeze,' the apartment is easily accessible via elevator. As you enter, you are welcomed by a hallway leading to a spacious and brightly-lit living area. The lounge area features comfortable seating, while a large family dining table dominates the space. From the living room, you can access a decent-sized covered terrace, which offers outdoor furniture and a view of the pool and garden area.
Opposite the living area is a fully equipped enclosed kitchen and a small utility area. Further down the hall are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The latter bedroom has access to the covered terrace. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower and bath.
