Villa las Nubes is a unique 795 m2 property, sitting on a plot of 1760 m2, with spectacular sea and mountain views, overlooking the Port of Jávea. Boasting 2 swimming pools, indoor (heated) and outdoor (heated on request at an additional charge), a fully equipped cinema, bar/games room, a yoga/stretch area with a sauna and a separate hammam and a large jacuzzi. overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
There are five double bedroom suites, all with sea views. The vast living area is both modern and practical, with an American-style open kitchen, sitting, and dining areas.
The villa has hot and cold air conditioning throughout and an intelligent system controlling motorised shutters and lighting.
From the living area is direct access to the terrace with a private swimming pool. There are 8 sunbeds and a small lounge with a parasol, just sit back and enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views!
There is an exterior bathroom with a shower and toilet that add extra comfort to the pool area.
At the rear of the villas is a bbq terrace with a large family dining table. This terrace is a great area if you prefer dining outside but not under the burning sun.
As entertainment, you can have a great time in this villa! There is a home cinema room to watch a film, a pool table with a bar for a cozy evening at home, a spa area with a Turkish steam sauna and Finnish sauna, a (heated) indoor swimming pool for relaxation.
A four-person lift/elevator provides easy access to all internal floors and there is garaging for 2 cars. For ease of parking an automated, motorized car turntable, that will turn your car around for you.
As mentioned before, this villa comes with hotel service. This means that a lady will come daily (2 hours) to tidy up the kitchen and the bedrooms. If you want extra daily service, this is possible at an additional rate.
The rental price includes bed linen, bathroom and beach towels, bath slippers and bathrobes and for stays longer than 1 week there will be an interim and a linen change done. The electricity consumption and the final cleaning are also included.
